# L&F Studio

> L&F Studio is a small engineering studio based in Shenzhen, China, that builds hardware-software products end to end — from devices, hardware and embedded systems to mobile, desktop and web software, cloud backends, and AI features. It works as an outsourced engineering partner: product strategy and feasibility, full-stack development, and delivery.

L&F Studio covers four disciplines with one team, so a product does not get handed between vendors:
1. Hardware development — smart devices, power systems, sensors and biometric terminals, from concept to mass production.
2. Software development — mobile (Android), desktop (Windows/WPF), web and cloud, from the device layer to the backend.
3. Solution design — product strategy, feasibility studies, specifications and delivery roadmaps.
4. Project collaboration — outsourced builds, technical consulting, joint R&D and rapid prototyping.

The studio works in a four-phase process with explicit deliverables at each phase: Discover, Design, Build, Ship. Engagement is deliberately small at the start — validate quickly, then scale only what works.
